As our community continues to come to grips with the emotional impact of this disaster, Kaiser Permanente is offering critical mental health and addiction services and resources. Members do not need a referral to access behavioral health care at Kaiser Permanente:
Kaiser Permanente members can receive care at our new Lahaina Clinic at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort grounds (across from Roy’s Kaanapali). The address of the Lahaina Clinic is 2301 Kaanapali Parkway, Lahaina 96761. Hours of operation are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. View a map of the Lahaina Clinic here.
Kaiser Permanente members can schedule an appointment at the Lahaina Clinic via kp.org, the KP mobile app, or by calling 1-833-833-3333 (TTY: 711).
Like all Kaiser Permanente clinics, the Lahaina Clinic will serve members with Kaiser Permanente health plan coverage. Patients who do not have Kaiser Permanente health plan coverage are encouraged to seek care at other locations. Non-Kaiser Permanente members: Please visit a community provider for your care. View the West Maui community provider flyer.
Call our Resilience Support Hotline at 808-446-6676, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5pm. Our services are confidential, free, and available to anyone affected by the Maui wildfires. View our Resilience Support Hotline flyer.
